A non-refundable security deposit to hold a room can be paid by the following 2 methods:

1. Send Credit Card details using our Secure Server Payment Form
2. Fax Credit Card details using our Printable Fax Form

Please note that you are reponsible for all bank charges associated with a bank transfer.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
One night’s deposit by credit card is required to guarantee reservations. Notification of cancellation or any changes must be made 5 days prior to arrival in order to obtain a refund of the deposit (less 10% to cover administrative and bank charges). No Shows and cancellations less than 5 days prior to arrival will be charged at the rate of one night per room reserved.
